Ordering

Orders are placed by phone, email or in person at the studio. We confirm the style, length, density and cap size with you before any work begins.

Custom and made-to-measure units are made for you specifically. Work starts once your order is confirmed and any deposit is received.

Prices

Prices shown on this site are for the unit as described. Custom length, density, colour work and express turnaround are quoted separately.

Where a unit shows no price, it is priced individually — call the studio for a quote.

Fittings and adjustments

A fitting is included with every custom unit. Adjustments made at that fitting are part of the price, not an extra charge.

Returns

For hygiene reasons, wigs and hair bundles that have been worn, washed, cut or altered cannot be returned.

If a unit arrives faulty or is not what was agreed, contact us within 7 days and we will repair, remake or refund it.

Custom-made units are made to your specification and cannot be returned for a change of mind, but we will always work with you to adjust the fit.

Care

Your unit comes with care instructions. Damage caused by heat, harsh chemicals or improper storage is not covered.
